Emergency retrieval
D. Sharp Removals provides an emergency retrieval service for customers in immediate need of their archive material. We can deliver the entire document box or an individual file to the customers' offices. However, this gives rise to security implications that customers need to discuss. For an emergency retrieval, we use a dedicated and secure motorcycle courier service. This motorcycle fleet is equipped with hands free telephones so that customers are able to know exactly where their documents are en route to their offices.
Standard retrieval
Standard retrieval services are arranged to suit the requirements of customers. Usually, documents called for with 48 hours notice are delivered for midday to the corresponding day. However, should customers require deliveries at different times of the day, these timings can be arranged to serve these particular needs.
Catalogue and listing
D. Sharp Removals will take in archives that are in disarray and in need of cataloguing. Its team of cataloguers is lead by an experienced archivist and together they will catalogue and list the contents of the archive. Where necessary, documents can be re-boxed in new archive storage boxes from the D. Sharp Removals own supplies.
Document destruction
Documents that are time expired can be destroyed, D. Sharp Removals uses its own dedicated document disposal contract service. Destruction certificates are issued following such action.
